Why is push button start such a highly sought after item, is turning a key to much of a burden?

man, it's not the ultimate or anything I'd pay a bunch of money for, but I must admit, it's nice not having to dig through my pocket to get my keys when driving the wife's car.

PBS is pretty cool. I wouldn't mind having it on my '13. The ONE thing that really annoys me about my car is that it doesn't have a telescoping steering wheel. It's absurd that that isn't standard on a sports car, especially as refined as it has become. I can't remember if the '15's will have it or not.

it was tilt up till 89 and then the 90 model year had the airbag...and I guess they didn't know how to do a tilt function with the airbag

Still I'm kinda surprised since Ford was saying it was going to be lighter. Maybe they are floating this around to move the 14s off the lots.
