If it helps, both my HP laptops use a 65W 18.5V 3.5A charger. Replacement AC adapters are $5-$10 on eBay.Comment

As others have said, we usually get them from ebay or amazon. Just put the computer model number in the search. I have had to replace the power cord on my Dell laptop 2 times (not due to breaking, but the computer just stops recognizing them sometimes).Comment
