As far as sending someone to jail, I did that yesterday. It happens. There has to eventually be a serious consequence. I had a customer that refused to give me the vehicle. I could see it in his back yard. He wanted to do it the hard way. I filed a writ, he got served, refused to give up the vehicle to police, so he was held in contempt of court and he's in jail right now.
