Can anyone track a 90's registration with a plate #?

Just curious. A while after I sold my '69 Charger I tried to contact the guy who bought it and his email no longer worked. Texas lp LTG 01G. IIRC, he was from Minnesota. Would just like to see if I could find it. Don't believe I have the VIN number any more.
