      I read something on Red Cross about some the amounts their higher ups were making in salaries. If I didn't already despise them because of some of the dealings I gave with then every few weeks because of business, I would never donate money to them no matter what kind of good they do for communities. Would rather donate straight to the need, for instance West.

        A solicitor is a lawyer who traditionally deals with any legal matter including conducting proceedings in court.


        so i'm guessing these charities are getting sued a lot?

              I think in this case, the company hired to asking for the money on the phone get most of it in their pockets.
              Don't worry about what you can't change.

                Which is why they hire their own (or family members' companies) to raise cash. I'm in the wrong racket!
