            Yeah, but it's in my momma's name.

            The really funny part is I use a Capital One card and I believe the APR actually is 21.99%.

                                A few years ago, when I was buying, the rates were changing hourly, and right at closing I decided to try the 30yr, but the rate had gone up so much that it would have been more monthly than the 15 year I had locked in.
