    I'm going going back back to Texas Texas

    I signed my offer letter a couple hours ago - will be resigning from my current job in the morning. I'll be back on the buy-side managing money and couldn't be more thrilled. Thanks to all for the well wishes, we're pretty pumped to be coming back!

    Awesome! In your line of work, when you resign do they immediately escort you out, or do you work 1-2 more weeks?

          They walk you out if you're going to a direct competitor. I sign a non compete to receive my annual bonus - but I'm not going to a competitor so they shouldn't have any issues.
