I did the same and ordered a glass from eBay for $9 free shipping. It's two screws, slide up and out and replace. Pretty easy.

There are videos on YouTube on how to take apart the phone or you could just get the 5. It is a pretty badass phone.

Back of the iPhone easiest to replace.

Step one remove the screws on bottom of phone
Step two slip back cover off
Step three put new cover on
Step four install the same two screws again.

5mins tops
