They're going to rennovate it, and use it for an office. They hate it because it makes crazy noise in the wind.

Another option, if they decide its worth it, is to lease it out. Dispatch companies with their fcc licenses might love to have a second backup transmission station. Or even o es just looking for their first but dont want to make the investment.

Might be worth looking into if theres money to be made. Crazy noise might be worth it if they are pulling in income.
