Need Help! Anyone do window art or vinyl?

I am looking for someone in the Wylie area that can do window art on glass for a small store front.

I really have no experience in this field so I am hoping someone here does.
I'd rather not use Fast Signs. They seemed expensive plus I like to support the independent local owners.

Office Depot and OfficeMax both have printing centers and they are my last resort. They can make 30"x40" laminated print outs that I can hang from the inside of the store with little suction cups.

Anyways, you guys know anyone that does this?
