Black 07 Mustang in Cleburne?

Who owns it? I was at a light in my truck and this idiot keeps revving at me, I guess wanting to race my old beater. Anyways, the light turns green and he tries to do a burn out but only lets out this pathetic one wheel chirp. Next thing I know a cop chases him down, haha! I hope that cop took a nightstick to his ass and then arrested him for street racing!
