Is it over 25 mph where you are screwed or over 24 mph? My brother just got clocked doing 85 in 60...No option for defensive driving right?

Not necessarily- I've had two different judges give me either deferred of DDC for 25 over. I usually go to court, when they ask how I plead I say stupidity, they laugh and cut me a break. Its all about presentation and respect to judges IMO, most realize anyone can fuck up just don't look like one rolling in there with a cap, cargo shorts and flip flopsComment

Most cities offered "deferred" (probation). They get the money, you keep it off your record. See if that is available. An attorney isn't gonna do crap for ya that you can't do yourself.Comment
