    R.I.P MCA. I listened to a lot of BB growing up and saw them in concert once. Very sad news. A girl I went to high school with is probably doubled over in tears right now. She was a huge, huge fan.

      I am listening to sabotage right now... Wow that is a big blow to the music world. I have been listening to them since the early 90s. RIP MCA

                  What they were doing was revolutionary at the time. RIP.

                  He's been battling throat cancer for a long, long time. They were the headliners 3-4 year ago (can't remember which) at ACL Festival, and had to cancel because he was bed ridden. It was the year Pearl Jam stepped in to take their place.

                    Every old picture I found of him of google, he had a cigarette in his mouth.

                            there is always a Beastie song on any cd i have ever made.

                            still smile when i think about seeing them at AAC. wish i would have seen them when they toured with turning stage.
