Juvinile court system needs to get more strict in this country. Everytime as a kid when I would get busted they would slap me on the hand with Probation and once had to do 6 weeks in a Kids/Army Drill Instructor Bootcamp. I came out n great shape & a ego. I think that sagging pants is beyond stupid, but there is no way that someone should have the power to send you to jail for it. Isn't there real crimes to deal with out there? This shows how power hungry, and out of touch with real people judges have become. Jail is supposed to be reserved for people who are dangerous to society, and not the "timeout corner" it has become.
I could see the judge being hard on him for the crime he did commit because he was dressed "disrespectfully" for court. He should not be given power over someone's freedom for a style that he doesn't agree with though..223 > 911
