But Z broke no laws leading to his assault, so that is completely irrelevant to him being guilty of the charges. I don't think there exists a judge that will step up and take responsibility for saying that there is not enough evidence. I stand my my assertation that it will be left in the hands of a jury so that one person cannot be held responsible for this decision.

I see the point you are making here and from that angle I can see if Trayvon was waiting on the guy in a bush & jumped out & started the confrontation that he had every right to defend himself.

I wasnt aware the kid was waiting in a bush to jump out at Zimmerman & just started whaling on the guy. I was under the assumption Zimmerman was on the phone with 911 following a suspicious person & 911 told him to stay back till the police arrived & not confront the guy, But instead did the opposite & went & continued to follow the guy

So to make sure im understanding this correct! Zimmerman did what 911 said & stayed back & was trying to keep Trayvon in site till the police could arrive to handle it. But some how Trayvon slipped out Zimmermans site long enough to hide & then JUMP OUT & AMUSH THE GUY & Beat him, In which case yes I agree Zimmerman had every right to defend himself.
