      Next time you go to Wal-Mart get her a bunch of those little fabric dots that you put on cabinet doors to keep them from banging so hard. Also get her the fluffiest house slippers you can find. Sounds like she could use some throw rugs for the bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room.

      Next, get her a nice, neighborly card. Write a small note with care and condescension, and place it in a basket at her door step.

      If none of this works, then I believe 91coupeMike would have some retaliation tactics on hand, as he made a similar thread recently.

                        She was at it again today before I went to work, called management and they said they would call her, 10 minutes later she's quiet.
