Who sells a good chili cheese dog in DFW?

The last time I wwent their I was not a happy camper. How the hell can you get rid of the pretzel bun?

Also their was a place on lower Greenville that use to have Chicago style wieners and such. It was very tasty if I remember correctly.

What threw me was when they dropped the "Der" from their name.
