Basic story. Last Friday I was dispatched on Prowler call. Details stated that three persons were kicking on a door and turning the door knob. We get there and get a description of the suspects. The caller also tells us that they kept yelling for Chuck to come outside. No one named Chuck lives there according the resident. Of course this place is the first thing I thought about.
