The guy is 22 years old and actually in great shape.... Said it was the lack of sleep mixed in with the lack of food before drinking. Either way it happened and I had to lay him down on a bench with his eyes rolled back into his head while I asked some guy to go get me some water because he was in a pool of sweat. I hadn't kicked it with this guy in years so it caught me off guard.

He's okay now and only had one drink so I'm glad it happened before he got anymore in him.

gotta keep water in our bodies for sure. I'm accustomed to drinking a gallon a day but in this weather I kicking up a notch just to be safe. I hate TX summers. can't even get out there and enjoy it.
