Friends/acquaintances get "Where you at?"

Relatives, bosses, etc... get "Where are you?"

Depends on if I'm on route to meet someone or if I'm there waiting. I use where are you at if I'm on route to meet someone, and where the fuck are you if I'm waiting on someone.
