As you know, there have been people on your site posting links to Russ’ home address, along with threats of mild vandalism and such. I understand that the information has been removed from your site. However this has occurred previously, and poses a security risk. Although Russ has indicated he has no concern of the extraneous show bashing, I think its best to eradicate all references to him from your site.
I’m sure you and Sandra would become overtly anxious if your personal information, available as a matter of public records, was posted on Russ’ site. He has also been kind enough to not give out your website, as I seriously doubt you’re prepared to handle the traffic that would bring. Furthermore, there are programs you can install that will alert you to these kinds of postings so you can better manage your forums and avoid these types of situations in the future. Drew can assist, if you'd like.
We would appreciate this being handled in a cooperative and pleasant manner. If not, due to the fact you are liable for information posted on your domain, and the ramifications as such, you'll be contacted by the CBS legal dept in New York.
