I went to the Frisco location today at 4PM after work... from the time I got in line (stood in line, not drive-thru) until the time I received my order it was 40 minutes. By the time I left, the line was considerably longer, I'm guessing a bit over an hour wait.

The burger was OK, but I already knew that. The experience was cool, everyone was really friendly. I would do it again.

Yea during the off peak times it shouldn't be too bad. When i lived in california, the one by me would only have a line to the door right at noon, and around dinner time. Rest of the time it was about 5-10 mins to get your food from the time you walked in the door.

As for who- the evil empire, KFC, BK, Chili's Too, etc. And just to be clear, I'm not talking an entirely different menu. I simply mean certain regions have items that can't be found in other regions.

You didn't say the word regional, but you implied that their menu wont work here, and needed to be expanded to compete ouside of the west, (which isn't true BTW). Part of the appeal is that its a simple menu. You cant have 30 different things on a fast food menu and do them well.
