Carfax is worthless. I have seen train wrecks that have clean carfax reports and reports that would scare you to death and the car checks out good.

Buying a vehicle is the buyers responsibility to research and check the car out. How are you getting ripped off of you failed to get a carfax prior to purchase????

That's it.

Guy cut and pasted the carfax from another car and sent it to me. I trusted him, he was in the military. I always always trust a military man. I trusted the carfax info he gave me.

I got burned pretty good.

Can someone get me a copy of the real carfax so I can go after this tool?

It's a real Saleen. But it was advertised as a 12,000 mile car. He reported the carfax as 12,000 miles to me.

It's genuine, just nothing close to being as advertised. This guy did all he could including faking documents, lying, etc to get this car sold to me and I boarded a plane to Wichita to pick it up. There I was in Wichita on a one way ticket and a car not quite as advertised.

Now I'm learning it's far far worse than advertised.

I'm not whining by any means...but now I'm gonna go after him for just being a lying scumbag. LOL
