Need a camera repair guru.

I dropped a small point and shoot $300 Elf camera and now the lens won't retract. Wolf wants $100 just to look at it. Anybody know someone that might be able to fix it for under a $100? I know I should just buy a new one, but I'm cheap. TIA.

Craigslist. There is a guy I found in gp that fixes cameras as well as phones computers and other electronics. He charged me 45 to replace the screen on my old iPhone 3gs
