    Honestly, I don't know a lot about all that stuff. Just know my old man does and he told me it's a $5 stamp and it's an AOW. I said awesome I'll take it.

      The $5 AOW stamp is if you're making it. Transferring it on a form 4 should still be $200. I'm willing to be wrong, though.

        Scattertech made it. It's classified as AOW and the transfer is $5. If you alter a shoulder fired weapon then yes it's a sbs and a $200 stamp. Scattertech bought the reciever and make it into what it is. It was never a shoulder fired shotgun.
