Going to see Dave Matthews & Tim Reynolds in Oakland!

I'm super excited.. Leah was able to get us advanced tickets to see Dave Matthews & Tim Reynolds at the Paramount Theater in Oakland, CA on Jan 17th. The venue is a fully restored art deco theater with a whopping 3,000 seat capacity!

I'm not a big fan of the Dave Matthews Band, but the Dave and Tim stuff is awesome. I'm very glad Jluv turned us on to this a few years ago. Here is an example of what it should be like:

We're going the 16th. Miraculously scored tickets on Ticketmaster (they sold out in seconds), but I'm also watching Stubhub for the 17th.

H, if you have never really checked out Dave and Tim together, you should give it a chance. It is nothing like DMB at all.

Pretty sure he's drunk at that point and just being goofy. Not my favorite song, either. That particular concert is excellent, though. If I didn't suck at the internet, I'd post some better examples.

Yes indeed! It's shot so well; it's like being there. I've watched it hundreds of times and have always thought of how incredible it would have been to be in that audience. That's why getting tickets to this show is such a big deal. I'm fucking stoked.
