I could use some prayers and good luck. I've been studying for two weeks, although I don't think hard enough. I failed it last week by 10 pts, so we'll see....

Good luck. You are more committed than I was. I failed it on my first try by 5 or 10 points I forget now and I never retested. That was 10 years ago now and I still regret it. Good luck, I took it last year and passed it the first go round. Still haven't done shit with it since no company is willing to offer someone with no work experience in networking what I make now.

I passed it this morning...didn't do as well as I thought I would being the second time taking it but....a pass is a pass.
Cruz, this has been a personal goal for some time and to also help get me away from system administration and into network administration. Plus, you can't get your CCNP until you get the CCNA. I still have A LOT to learn.
Geofster, I had taken 3 of the 4 CCNA courses at DCCCD a few years ago so that definitely helped and took Todd Lammle's boot camp a couple of weeks ago. I don't think the test dumps work that well for the CCNA. The questions are similar but you still have to have a solid understanding of routing protocols, subnetting, switching, etc. Good luck with it.Comment

2. CCNA is still a prerequisite for the variety of professional exams and the CCIE exams...etc. IMHO, the CCNA is THE number 1 network exam out there. It does teach fundamentals as well as Cisco based stuff.
