          I'm going to have my wife do it at my gym. There's several classes there and they will keep her ADD/OCD ass interested. The guy teaching one of the classes is also the owner of the gym, and he hates bad form (Crossfit has tons of horrible form in addition to the shitty no-mass-buiilding cheat lifts). I'm going to make sure she is in his class: if she is gonna do an hour-long workout that is full of Olympic lifts with fake weights and inflated-labia kipping pull ups, she better be using good form and burning 1,000 calories.

                Do me a favor and please dont start this up...it could make others not want to post pictures of their progress in that section of the board. Not all of us are perfect but many of us like helping others progress to acheive their goals. Not wanting in the middle of all this, just asking a favor is all...

                            I agree with him. If you're out of shape and have the guts to post pictures of yourself trying to improve then more power to you. That's a lame worthlessly cheap shot, maybe not on par with talking shit about someones family or something, but it still is a low candy ass move.
