So I was off last week from work and didnt really move around, much less workout during that time. Yesterday, I got back in the gym after a week off and did my usual workout and everything seemed fine...
After about an hour at work this morning, I start having severe middle back pain and it's still ongoing...I looked up the symptoms I have and Im sure its back spasms. Any pointers on treating it? I thought about getting on the treadmill and no lifting but should I avoid the gym all together until the pain is gone?
