  • Resto project

Wanted to share my current project. I bought this car when I was 15. Drove it all through highschool and into college.

    69 mach 1 with 351w and a 4 speed

Plan to redo the whole car and put modern wheels and do away with the old schools

Those wheels were on my 69 Sportsroof when I bought it and it had been off the road since 1980.

Can't wait to see your progress. I'm restructuring my collection and then I'll be working on mine again.

Well If your completely going for a resto mod. Go original. I personally think the red is a better color though.

If you plan to sell it, then paint it back the original color - and keep everything on it just like it was delivered from the factory.

If you want to keep it forever, then do whatever makes you happy.

Don't modify it all to hell and then sell it, you will lose your arse.

If it were mine, I'd be painting it red, but not any of the reds in this thread.
