I was just thinking what if something important was in there and they are being lazy. Maybe they know those safes don't have shit in them. I wonder how this story would have panned out if this falling safe killed someone.

The safe was labeled "86 LBS" so we weighed it and it was very close to the labeled weight. I used 90 lbs just to round off. The safe was missing any indications of hazardous contents (read: we took undisclosed safety measures) so we made the decision to breach the safe.
