If it is like when I was there. They will have tons of evening jobs and be in a hiring and growing mode for over a year maybe two. Then things will coast fir a while and then contract some. Trucking like all businesses has cycles.
They will be hiring training and moving a lot of people for quite a while. It is a very good place to work and the people are damn good too.
I honestly miss all the guys I worked with; well most of them. I do however have an even sweeter deal now. I've been very fortunate.
Have fun building trucks! It's a blast. I can tell you guys George stories. He was my first boss out there. He was one of the first employees out there when it was nothing but a dirt field.
