I have a small 200 sq ft area in the back yard, that's a struggle to keep the grass alive there. Anyone done the artificial grass? how was installation? Does it mildew, fade? Cost? Opinions?
My buddy did it.. it was $8/sqft. He loves it. I think it looks horrible. His HOA does front lawn and his backyard after the patio was only about 200sqft so I cant blame him.
