CCTV - Camera Wires dilema

Long Story short :

I installed my camera wires backwards in my new house. DVR Side outside, Camera side inside.. There is no way to pull out and rewire. Does anyone know of an adapter i can buy to reverse my problem ?

Cut, solder, heatshrink... rinse and repeat. Its just the power connection I assume from the above?

I've seen gender changers for both the bnc\coax connections and the power connections.

You can also check altex and even newegg....
