Awesome, thanks everyone! Now that it's just my dad there, he's decided he doesn't need this huge house. So I'm slowly trying to help him fix things here and there, so he can downsize. The paint is a major one due to the sun damage on the southside.

hey man, can I get some details on the house? Sq. footage, # of bedrooms, etc? We plan on moving soon and that area was once on our list. PM if you want. Right now I just need sq footage and number of bedrooms/bathrooms, how many bedrooms are upstairs, stuff like that.

Not sure on the squar footage, but it's 6 bedrooms on 4 acres and it comes with a stocked lake. Mostly bass and striper, but some catfish too. It's a car guy house, he has 2 garages, one 3 car and one 2 car with a huge driveway. If you're interested I can let him know, he just doesn't have it on the market yet. Oh, he has a 40,000 gallon pool too.
