No i can not do it myself (not in the USA) ..Yes Tile the entire home as it is a rental for now.....

Kitchen is alredy done...Home is 1600Sqft minus the 300Sqft for the kitchen..

this guy is cheap and does good work. LOTS of contractors out source to him.
