Water main and routing under driveway???

Need to put a new water main in. The old qwest hose has tons of splices and is leaking again. Any suggestions on who to hire to bore under driveway (normal 2 car). I don't think the hose blaster method will work because it's clay.

Or any suggestions on who can do it all for cheap. TIA.

Hired a plumber and they had to cut the driveway.

Thanks for being specific as to why they had to open cut the driveway instead of boring or tunneling under it.
