I pan fry it because I like it softer. If you're trying to find a healthy way to eat a very unhealthy food you're just wasting time.

My wife has some type of stoneware that she uses for oven-cooked bacon. It drains off the fat as it cooks and leaves the bacon really crisp. Not for everyone, but it's definitely my favorite.

Pan fry here. Tried oven once only due to fact I put some brown sugar on it. Not bad at all.....

Anyone nuke it in microwave? My mom always did it that way. It was okay but way too crispy for me.

Cast iron skillets rule. Use it when I cook steaks or eggs or bacon or... yeah you get the point.

Never tried it baked. I like it fried. Occasionally, I will fry up a couple packages of bacon and nothing else.

Yes!! This is how we do it. If it's crispy your cooking it to long. With a little practice you'll know when to stop it and it's so good when done right this way.

I like it baked, but that probably comes from working in a restaurant from 16-21 and eating bacon and egg sandwiches for breakfast since they were usually pulling the bacon out of the oven when I got there.
