I'd rather have Wade Phillips in Denver over Josh..... He has destroyed that team in the 1-1/2 seasons he has been there.

No he was never the next Shanahan..... He took over Shanahans team and completely flipped it. Got rid of Brandon Stokely, Peyton Hillis, Brandon Marshall & Jay Cutler.... Just naming a few.

He went 6-0 first coach to ever do that then what happened? Lost the next 6 games in a row. How in the fuck does that happen?!

Games come on tomorrow people...... Put in your weekly picks!!!!!

Was that his first NFL Head Coaching job? Maybe Josh was just the youngest in the history of the NFL.... I Don't know he broke some sort of record though.

He very well might be the youngest head coach to do that, and that was Martz first head coaching job. He isnt the youngest head coach in the NFL. Tampa Bay's Raheem Morris is the youngest.

Also i found this about Garrett today. He is the first head coach for the Cowboys that was born after the founding of the Cowboys in 1960.

Sean, honestly.... How long do you think the McDaniels experiment will last? I say if Denver doesn't meet expectations next year then he is gone.
