Damn, havent sold anything on Ebay in years. Was going to list some small parts. Glad I checked the fees. They get 13.25% now on stuff under $1000. Damn, thats almost as bad as Barrett Jackson..

At least for my account after shipping a few items last year, I can no longer list things to ship (so it would hit a broader search) unless I put in all my payment info and take payment through FB. Big ole pass for me..

I'm sure they get a cut of the payment so same deal not sure what the %.

Same here, 20+ years on Ebay and I've only ever bought, things. To be exact, 245 purchases, and I never sold anything on there. ANd my Paypal account about the same time. I've never been screwed around (knocking on wood) on either platform. As a matter of fact, when I've had to sent things back its been no issues on refunds and usually free shipping going back to the seller.

My wife sold some home school curriculum on eBay using my account last year. The fees were absolutely outrageous and I told her to never use eBay to sell anything again. Fuck that place.

I never used eBay but once or twice to buy something small, then the third time I bought a car in Nebraska sight unseen. Lol. Worked out well although my nerves were kinda crazy for a week.

I've been a buyer and seller on Ebay since around 2000. I've sold hundreds of things on there, but the fees have increased dramatically over the last 3-4 years and I decided to stop selling things about a year ago. Just not worth it anymore.
