I got my "older" rotax for 2K. It's not a shifter but still a handful for a first kart. It's a blast to drive...one of the most fun time killers ever.

If you're still looking, I'm going to the track tomorrow and you're welcome to come try it out. Gotta have a helmet or be a medium to use mine.

                PM me if you're interested.

Track membership is 315 I believe and you get a key to the front gate for unlimited access.

I bought a small harbor freight folding trailer for mine that is perfect. That was only 240 after 20% off, then 70 for registration.

i'll happily get a membership to NTK if i get a truck and trailer. it's too cheap not to.

until then i only have my evo (which i have considered installing a tow hitch behind the rear license plate.

so for that reason its at DKC. i have a membership there and it is stored there as well.

Is that $315 per year? Hell, that's almost worth getting and just buying a reasonably priced cart to goof around with.

Yes per year. DKC is a bit bigger and definitely nicer buildings, but ntk is a really fun track with 2 really fast banked tirns.

I'd love to waste my money on this shit, but jesus christ DKC and NTK are both in fucking BFE.

yea that's what i said initially but then realized dkc takes less than 1 hr to get to. ntk takes me a bit longer.

driving to msr or eagles canyon is well over an hour an a half and is only available on select days/events. each track day requires 2-3 days of track prep to my car, plus $150-300 just for the fees. add tires and gas...

DKC you got to deal with the rental racers.

Just wait when you are just into the breaking zone and a rental kart takes a wild move next / or in front of you. Not to say it won't happen at NTK but just saying.

Mike Jones was at NKT yesterday with his group, practicing, part owner of DKC.

More Kart storage is now being built at NTK. Cleaning out the pit barn to get rid of it and build a fuel storage / Mule and track brush storage area. And more kart rental storage areas.

Glad to see all of youall get into Karting !!

                              Drive fast !

I have been meaning to make it out to DKC to have some fun. It is 10 minutes from my house.
