I was pushing the shopping cart by as you guys were loading. I was wanting to stop by and say howdy but was needing to get the fuel over.

TWS is a great track. I hope it stays around for many years.

You might have heard someone screaming like a Japanese school girl. That was me taking turn 7 up the hill flat footed. I think I tasted some of the padding in our seat but it was a super rush.

The Miatas are flat out fast. I was barely able to hang with them in the daylight. Love the competition.

Night racing scared the crap out of us. We were just monkeys f-ing grapefruits out there not knowing what to do.

I know people know the history with us and Lemons but I really had a great time with Chump. Staff was really cool about things and to me pulled the race off without a hitch.

Very close, but not exactly the same. Chump Car is like a race with a party going on in the background. Lemons is like a party with a race going on in the background....

More bracing...... Can never have enough lateral load bracing. (Well, maybe, but then we're talking hundreds of pounds.) I had a couple of nice PHB bars with heim joints but I don't where they went to.... That sucks.... I'd give them to ya'll if I had them... Sorry.

Live and learn, I'm just glad it didn't break at the wrong place/time on the track. I had no idea the car would get enough grip to put that much force on there to tear it up like it did. We need to make sure version 4.0 has the brace down as low as possible and build it out of some really strong tubing plus tie/brace it into the frame better. On the positive side the rear upper link and the front end changes worked great. Plus we found a much better way to drive the car with the motor setup we have. Believe it or not a n/a 2.3 doesn't like anything over 5K rpms. The motor actually has some torque and shifting it down low is faster around the track. I think the next changes will be a better steering wheel and try to get the car as light as possible without making it too dangerous.

JW, you know where I live. The plasma wrench is yours for the using, you just have to trailer the thing down here. Feel free to lighten up as much as you can!

All y'all have is fixing the panhard. I get to build a new car by then.

Very interesting.....qualifying, pole setting and sprint race. No endurance or pit stops

Going to try and make this one...just got to find another motor! DOH!!

A tually it is an open race, from chatter on the lemons forum from the TWS promoter. Its a day race open to crapcans, as well as anyone else who wants to race. I'd love to do it, but don't have the time or cash.

Link por favor? Nothing like showing up with a mini-gun at a knife fight!

Need to blind a few people with the camaro after we get graphics on it this week and test the new radiator box setup to see if it overheats.

                          Thanks!

Nevermind: found it. $425 for a two day event is more expensive than a nasa weekend! Maybe more than an SCCA weekend even. pass.
