I ran with LSCBMWCC and Equipe Rapide. LSC is far better than ER. You get 8 runs with LSC instead of 4 with ER.

The BMW club runs great events. They do, however, only have three classifications of cars for non-BMW's. That means that you will show up and be thrown to the wolves running against cars that you have no chance of ever beatiing. An SVO on street tires would have to run against a Corvette Z06 on slicks or a Lotus or Porche or other monster autocross car. I would recommend Equipe Rapide for some obvious reasons. First, I'm the president of Equipe Rapide. I drive a Mustang and am building a Mustang CP car. You get 6 runs at ER, not 4 as stated earlier. The total price at Equipe Rapide is $35 with no membership required which is cheaper than other clubs around. We also have novice classes and instruction. THe classing structure is set up so that you will only be running against cars that have similar performance potential. Our new event site is at Mesquite Memorial Stadium which is a large site. Equipe Rapide has been around since tne 60's and is the leader in the metroplex in terms of customer service. We were the first to offer online registration, website, we own autocross.com and allo many other clubs to use it, use of Pennington Field, use of Resistol Arena, use of Mesquite Memorial, occasional mirror-cross type events where cars go head to head drag race style only on mirror image courses, and the list goes on. I would encourage you to look at ourwebsite www.autocross.com/er and come out to one of our events. We will be having event #3 at Mesquite Memorial Stadium on April 29th and event #4 the very next week on May 6th at Mesquite Memorial Stadium. If you have any questions please PM me and I will be glad to help. I wll be posting an eventAndy Cost

I think it's just FWD cars generally have less torque, and they are a little more nimble and easier to drive with the same skill level. I don't think a RWD is at an disadvantage, the FWD would technically be.Originally posted by MR EDDU defend him who use's racial slurs like hes drinking water.
