Our neon is running again and I fixed the major leaks. took it to a test n tune a couple weeks ago and it shit 3 of the 4 CV boots. I'm just going to get a couple rebuilt ones and call it "for safety"....not going to chance a quicky boot, fire or broken suspension.

Car felt good now that we finally cut the springs. It's at stock ride height again!!!! Whoop!!! See you guys in Houston in about 4 weeks.

I remember we gutted our car and said we need to cut the springs.

We cut a couple of coils and the car slammed down. We went "looks cool" but can I navigate through the grass being this low?!

The 88 4cyl that is complete has manual doors. I can't remember if the gutted coupe does or not, as it is sitting at a buddy's house. I also have a '79 that is actually in decent shape that is manual doors.

The '79 is without motor and transmission, though. I don't have a title for it as the seller promised to help me get that straightened out after he decided to send it to the original owner to have it signed. The original owner has since lost it.
