Life time tunes makes it a helluva deal. If you add a mod and need a re-tune. However - that was never mentioned. You don't even see that listed on HPP's website. Would certainly be a great selling point over just saying "ours is better". Everyone around here knows what Manny can do. Maybe they have so much business they don't need anything but word of mouth advertising.

Some do. Do you do custom tuning on the 2011's?

No, having the manufacture produce a motor that can handle it is nice.

We are in the process of rebuilding our webiste, thus being why all the detail's are not listed for all of our service's.

HPP has for the most part worked off of word to mouth sales. We figure do your current customers right and they will take care of you and bring you more. It seems to have worked out well so far.

Yeah, something like that for a dedicated E85 mill on the street would rock.

The cold air kit i got came with a Blow By Racing tune with lifetime free re-tunes.

however, im not so pendaho as to put a bottle or blower on the car and go with an email tune...in a situation like that i would definitely get a custom dyno tune.

There is never a dead on with a mail order tune. There is always something not right. I can't tell you how many mail order tunes show up here and get their car retuned. Including tunes from BBR and Lund.
Just to back up what you're saying...a custom dyno tune is best. Check out this thread. http://www.modularfords.com/forums/s...e-dyno-numbers

Lots of unknown potential variables, but at this point, it supports getting a custom dyno tune. That said, I'd probably still save $250-$300 and get a mail order tune if all I were getting was a chip and intake.
