  • I went to a un-named track and this happened

We wanted to tryout a few tracks around and went to one and raced a couple of weeks ago, won the dialing for dollars for 50.00 with a 6.61 on a 6.60 dial. Won the brackets for 250 and runnered up in the 6.60 index.

That's all great but this last weekend we were running in the simifinals in the brackets, got close to the centerline and the track said we crossed it, we were side by side to the other car, he broke out. The person we raced told the track owner we didn't cross the line. It didn't made any difference.

    Oh well! rant off.

    That sucks.
You seem to have this bracket racing stuff down. You have always done well.

I don't want to stack the deck against me. I'm going back and try to win some more. It's a decent track with a good bite on the front half and easy money for us if they run it right. I really don't know what's up with not taking the guy we beat word that we didn't cross the line.

I know where you went! I'm kinda surprised they didn't give you the win. They do have a core group of drivers that are always there. Track has come a long ways from what it was 5 or 6 years ago.

It's so dark there, how in the hell could they even tell you crossed the centerline?

he had about half a fender on me all the way, we were side by side, he said he was watching it, the tire never got past touching the line, he even told the track owner that. I dumped him at the MPH trap we both dialed 6.58, I ran 6.57, he ran 6.55. The starter said I crossed the line.

10 min after we ran, they called Trey to the tower and told him. They gave us the win light after the run.
