I'm gonna try and run the 7.0 class. Aint ever ran a 7.0 before but I might get close

Look forward to seeing yall! This will be the first one of the season so people will probably be all over the place.

Also it sounds like this Saturday will be the 1st try of an 8.0 race. I haven't read about the details of the class on their site yet but i heard needs tagged, inspected and driven to the track.

there sponsor was giving $1000 dollars a race. and he did 7-8 races plus a $2000 dollar race.

OK got The Rat back up running and trans is fixed KNOCK ON WOOD! My question is how hard is it to be compete in this class? I hear that even if you run 7.0 and the other guy runs 7.20 but gets to the other end before you. You automatically lose as long as they dont run faster then a 7.0

First to the finish line wins as long as it's not faster than 7.0. It's all about the reaction time. Look forward to seeing the rat in the class this year!

Yes Knock on wood all the bugs are ironed out. Sam needs to do some more tuning on it before I run it. But my plan is to run this car strictly to compete in this class and build to be consistant and competitive. But Sean said reaction time is everything and I have never ran a Pro Tree before. So I dont expect to do that well this season in the class. But I will be there to make every race. Any help you can in being a contender in this class will be appreciated
