Some track time and tell me about it. Everyone was bitching about the track that day. It was like driving on ice. Last time I was out at Dallas raceway, my 97 Cobra was running strong.

A lot of the same people that worked at Ennis also worked at Crandall FWIW.

Ennis has been good as of late, just go when they run the 275 Extreme. They prep the heck out of it. Crandall has always been bad, lousy prep, call they say they are open and you go drive all the way out there to be told sorry no worky...f' them.

Also Crandall's track management sucks big time, why wait 30 minutes to make a pass when there are only 30 cars at the track?

I know it's an 1/8th mile track but Denton is King Dingaling when it comes to prep and track management! Those guys have there shit together.

Not impressed with Dentons track prep, I've been there on a 275 night and if you compares it to Ennis...Ennis wins.

Haven't seen Ennis better for radials ever. Will they be better this year at the 275 races at Ennis? Yes. But it will take a lot to get it as good as Denton has been.

I sure hope something positive comes out of the Crandall situation. It would be awesome to have NorthStar, Ennis, Redline, Kennedale and Crandall back it top shape.

I've raced at every track they've ever ran 275 at, Ennis by far had the best track prep. I've ran Denton, Redline, Crandall, Kennedale(5.0 class) and ThunderValley all this year. Ennis took the trophy.

Crandall is as good as gone, it's a shame. The people of Kaufman county didn't want to look at a dragstrip, now they'll look at an truck wrecking yard.

I like to see ennis host the big 10k win race.

                        That sucks.

It seems like everyone dogged ennis until tex275 said they were going to be exclusively at ennis. I can't tell if the track prep got better or the 275 guys just want more people to go there.

I consistently went fast there, even on a normal night.

I like all the tracks except redline. Can't stand that place.

I don't know what they were bitching about, the drag strip isn't really near anything residential. Now the dirt track, that backs right up to a bunch of higher end houses and a neighborhood.

How do you know it will be a truck wrecking yard? Seems like an awful lot of work to get rid of the drag strip and put in a wrecking yard.

That was my experience. No one working there knew what the fuck they were doing.
