Tex275 @ Texas Motorplex

We are happy to announce Tex275 has partnered up with the Texas Motorplex as our home track for the remainder of the 2013 season and going forward. Our races will be the 3rd Saturday of every month except for October and that race will be on the 2nd Saturday October 12th. We want to thank the Motorplex and our sponsors, Advent Heat and Air, Mike Kelley Owner of Diesel Pros, and the Tex275 Staff for making this happen. We look forward to haveing the DFWMustangs group in attendance for these events.

Chad we have to deal with what the track gives us. It sucks cause I like making those races also. We also had tried to make sure we didn't book on top of any other 275 races so our car count would be bigger.

I'd much rather drive to Ennis, as long as they don't book on top of each other should t be an issue.

The only thing Ennis lacked was spectators.

Ennis is a big, big place. It covers a lot of acerage and has big, big bleachers that holds a lot, lot of people. So don't judge the quality of the race by spectator count. Just sayin.

The one down fall to Ennis for some people is the long drive. I know some that live in the Denton area or Sherman area and it can take as much as 1.5 hrs one way to get there. But glad to see there is a good place for tex275 to continue!

Yea it's 114 miles for me one way. Doubt I'll come to spectate like I have been doing at the closer tracks.

Maybe you misunderstood my comment. I think it's great the races are there, there just wasn't a lot of spectators watching. Maybe the lack of advertising of the event there? I think you guys have the best show.
