It has some Mopar motor in it. I don't know a thing about them. I remember when Hans was building it, it looked like some high end stuff. Really clean car, it should run well into the 4's when it's sorted out.

This was a very well run race! Big thanks to all involved! The track crew busted there ass to make sure the surface was the best it could be. Big props to Northstar Dragway for going above & beyond to accomadate us 275 racers.
Congrats to Taylor L. on the win & keeping the money in TX.
Congrats to Mike H., UNC, & crew they had the yellow car running well into the 4's all weekend! I think they took home some good money for there efforts. Derrick was running a bunch of 4's. A bunch of people broke into the 4's for the first time. I think CJ, Scott P., John K., Miguel & maybe more made there 1st 4 second runs. Shows how good the track was. Congrats to all the TX boys out there representing.
My car didn't run as good as I had hoped, it wasn't pulling like normal up top. I was down 4-5 mph all weekend but still ran a bunch of 5.0's. We will have it sorted out for the next one.
Blue 99 cobra with flames 7.7@180, 4.9@146 in the 1/8 on 275 radials. Getting it done on a true 10.5" tire, with a 3.5" bore, 32 valves, and 4 cams.

Thanks Manny. I think I got the surging issue figured out. I'm still a newbe at this tire and still have a lot to learn, but I'm getting there.

Pretty cool to see it get that attention!!

Although there were cars at that event going almost just as fast with only one of those turbos...
